Easy & quick dessert recipe : raspberry clafoutis


No lies, this is the easiest recipe for this dessert. Fresh and light in the mouth, it will please children and adults. It’s also a great dessert for Spring and Summer seasons. For tea time or after a meal, you won’t regret it !


30 cl milk
125g flour
100g sugar (granulated)
3 eggs
300g raspberries
powdered sugar

Step 1 :

Add half of the granulated sugar to the berries. Leave for 30 minutes.

Step 2 :

In a bowl, add the flour, the rest of the sugar, the eggs and the milk.
Mix until smooth.

Step 3 :

Add butter to a dish then the raspberries. Pour the batter on top of the berries.

Step 4 :

Cook in an oven for 35 to 40 minutes at 180°C. Dust the powdered sugar on top.
You can eat it warm or cold. Store in the fridge.
